FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is EPRA and how does it apply to my e-waste?

EPRA (Electronic Products Recycling Association) runs provincial e-waste stewardship programmes across most of Canada. End-of-life electronics that cannot be reused are routed through approved provincial channels.

Does provincial stewardship vary across Canada?

Yes — Ontario, BC, Alberta, Quebec (RQO) and others run their own programmes. We route material through the programme that applies to where the assets are collected.

What happens to equipment that cannot be refurbished?

It is directed to downstream recycling partners who hold the relevant certifications, with material recovery documented for your sustainability reporting.
